Committees

There are several functioning committees, and we’re always looking for homeowner volunteers who are interested in becoming more involved in our community. If you’d like to find out more, please contact our property management firm, Focus Real Estate and Investments.

The Fire Safety Committee discusses actions to be taken in the firebreaks and other wildland open space areas. Members learn about forest management, wildlife habitat, fire safety and fire behavior. Firebreaks are walked to check for maintenance issues on a seasonal basis – a great opportunity to see the diversity of our beautiful open space!

Members make decisions on future landscaping projects, as well as make recommendations on updating and maintaining existing landscaped parcels. If you’re interested in finding out more about landscaping with California native plants, here’s your opportunity.

The Finance Committee discusses the financial health of the Open Space Maintenance Association and makes recommendations on actions to take in the near and more distant future.

At times there are instances of graffiti tags in our neighborhoods. This committee consists of generous volunteers who are eager to clean up those tags as soon as they are spotted. They are our unsung heroes!

Hospitality is responsible for developing and dispersing packets of information to new homeowners in Fountaingrove II. Think of it as our own Welcome Wagon!
